The Boardwalk Tram runs up and down Ocean City’s famous boardwalk from the southern end near the inlet at the Atlantic Avenue South 1st Street Tram Station to the 27th Street Tram station at the north end. The tram runs from Springiest through the middle of October.
It is closed for the season from October 24 – May 3, 2023.

What are the hours of the tram? Last year, namely July 15, it didnโt run until noon. As a non drinker, this is too late. Iโm terminally ill, and cannot walk 10 feet. Iโve had tram drivers tell me to meet them up there, pointing. Well if I could walk, I wouldnโt need the tram. I had a tram pass me with a bunch of drunks, laughing because I was passed. In black man that worked in the back of the tram was yelling at me, after showing him empty seats. I should have pulled the race card.
On July 21, I will be at tram station at 10am. Since I canโt wan ok 10 ft, Iโve rented Sand Helper, but need to pick it up on 12 th. Because Iโm terminally ill, Iโm only in OC that one day. Between 5-6pm I need to return the chair to 12 street, and will need a ride back to tram station at inlet. Please, this is likely my last time to see the ocean. I go nowhere else.
Can u bring a portable folded wheelchair on board ??
We come down for the car show in October and there was never a tram running. Will there be this year?
