Sunfest in Ocean City MD is a four day festival that marks the transition to Fall. Four days of free live music, arts and crafts vendors, food vendors and exhibitions are scheduled to help you celebrate October in Ocean City, MD.

Thursday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Is there parking at the inlet? Can you take in chairs?
No, the inlet parking lot is closed during Sunfest. The other Town lots are open as is parking on the street.
Ocean City prides itself on being a family friendly destination. Sunfest is one of those events. The big concerts, although revenue gold, have pushed this great family event way too late in the season. You are losing that family friendly reputation. Think about that when u set the schedule for Sunfest next year. I’m sure there is room for all events but this classic one shouldn’t suffer. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

So Sad. For over 30 years I attended the Sunfest every year… UNTIL you guys moved the date a full month later in the year. Not really a Sunfest anymore! Chillfest is more like it. I know yinz like to maximize revenue for the business community however they are actually alienating so many of pilgrims who considered this event a yearly must ! A tradition for many! Please reconsider and move the date BACK to the end of September.
Agree. Still come down in September from Pennsylvania. Have come too for over 30 years because of Sunfest. October Halloween Month. And now don’t have vendors in large tents anymore. It’s a circus we will never attend again. Just Memories now
I completely agree with this post. Had relatives and friends come for it and for time on the beach but change in dates make it problematic.
