Friday, August 2nd: (Partly Sunny)
Dive into aquatic adventure with a pontoon boat rental from Bayside Boat Rentals. Cruise the calm waters of the bay, soak up the sun, and create lasting memories. There are several bars and restaurants where you can stop for lunch or grab your food to go. The Angler is a great place to stock up!
Older teens and adults can experience the thrill of jet skiing with rentals from Odyssea Watersports. For dinner, savor the flavors of Maryland at Captain’s Galley Crabcake Shack in West Ocean City. Their award-winning crab cakes are a local favorite.

Sunday, August 4th: (Thunderstorms)
The famous Ocean City Boardwalk has you covered rain or shine. Between thunderstorms, stroll along the iconic boardwalk, indulging in classic Ocean City treats like Dumser’s ice cream and Thrasher’s French fries. When the raindrops start falling, slip into Funland for a game of skeeball or grab some lunch at Shenanigan’s. All of these businesses are winners in the Best of Ocean Cityยฎ contest. The boardwalk’s vibrant atmosphere and endless entertainment options make it a must-visit for any family.

Monday, August 5th: (Mostly Sunny)
Kick off your Ocean City adventure on Monday with a unique experience: watching the impressive boats depart for the White Marlin Open (WMO) at the inlet between 3:00 and 4:00 AM. Little ones might find this a bit early, but teens and adults will love the thrill of seeing these magnificent vessels embark on their fishing quest.
Later in the day, head to Harbour Island for the WMO weigh-in to see the impressive catches. You might even see Michael Jordan. It was confirmed this week that his boat has once again registered for the tournament!

Tuesday, August 6th:Tuesday is predicted to have PM showers only so take advantage of the weather.
Spend a relaxing morning at the beach, building sandcastles, playing in the waves, or simply soaking up the rays.
Then, head over to the inlet and enjoy the festival built up around the White Marlin Open: Marlin Fest is a great place to explore. It’s in the Inlet parking lot and will offer food, drinks, and live music to please the whole family. You will also have the unique opportunity to meet local author Katie Ruskey and pick up her captivating novel set during the White Marlin Open, or a fun coloring book for the kids. She’ll even personalize them with a signature! Say “Hi” and you might even have her take a picture and put it up on the OceanCity.com Facebook page!

Wednesday, August 7th: (Showers)
If rainclouds appear, Ocean City has you covered. Head indoors for a round of mini-golf at Old Pro Golf’s indoor course. The little ones will love the whimsical themes and challenging obstacles. Then, head up-town to the Ocean City Art League for a kids pottery class with Sarah Wolcott. It starts at 3:30 and all supplies are provided.

Thursday, August 8th: (Scattered Thunderstorms)
For another rainy day option, immerse yourselves in local history at the Ocean City Life-Saving Museum. Learn about the brave men and women who patrolled the coast, saving lives and protecting the community. Alternatively, catch a movie at the West Ocean City movie theater. With reclining seats, a full bar, and the latest blockbusters, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy week.
